Food trucks, concession trailers, bakeries, beverage vendors, and specialty food businesses should complete our Food Vendor Application.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Space is limited, so we encourage vendors to apply early to secure their spot.

Interested in donating a raffle basket or item for AutumnFest 2026? It’s a great way to showcase your business while supporting one of Southbridge’s most beloved community events! All raffle donors will be recognized during the event and promoted through our marketing channels, giving your business added visibility while contributing to a fun and festive day for attendees.
Use the form below to let us know what you’d like to donate to the AutumnFest raffle. After submitting, please text our Marketing Coordinator, Ali, at 774-217-5760 to schedule a pick-up or drop-off and donations can also be dropped off at Moon Magick Café in Southbridge.
