Grant Application Instructions Thank you for your interest in the Southbridge Business Partnership (SBP) Grant Program. These grants are designed to support Southbridge businesses, that contribute to the economic vitality and community life of our town. Eligibility - Applicants must be a business located in or serving Southbridge. - Only one application per organization/business may be submitted each calendar year (max $500.00). Availability Grants are available from January through December each year, as long as funding remains available (2026 the Board has allocated $3,500.00, allocating 7 grants). Application Requirements A completed application must include: 1. Applicant Information ( organization, contact details, EIN/Business ID if applicable). 2. Requested grant amount (maximum $500.00) and total project budget. 3. Project Purpose ( clear explanation of the need or opportunity). 4. Project Description (specific goals, timeline, and activities). 5. Community Impact (how the project will benefit Southbridge). 6. Budget Breakdown (itemized use of funds) . 7. Signed Certification. Decisions will be based on eligibility, clarity of project purpose, alignment with SB P's mission, and potential community impact. Notification Applicants will be notified of decisions via email within 30 days of submission. Successful applicants will receive instructions for accessing awarded funds. |
